We are looking for a talented people person who is looking to help us make a difference in the small business sector. This person will be working with new inquiries to help them find the best solutions, they will help existing customers find answers to their questions, and make calls to people in our directory to make sure they are finding the success they’re looking for.

Our ideal candidate is technologically savvy and loves working with all types of people to help them find the best marketing solutions. Good news: No Cold Calls or Emails!

Full-Time, 34 hrs/week, M-F


  • Provide introductory information to new customers

  • Ensure that Partners are satisfied with products or services

  • Follow up with Partners to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases

  • Let Partner know about additional products or services

  • Consider and demonstrate how new marketing technologies may optimize a Partner’s business

  • Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a Partner’s questions

  • Escalate queries and concerns to the appropriate team

  • Troubleshoot common issues with a product or service

  • Work within different departments to find appropriate solutions

  • Create customer success enablement tools

  • Maintain a robust CRM using automations and sequences when appropriate

  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM technologies

  • Experience with Wix or similar CMS technologies

  • Experience with basic audio and video production and post-production

  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. AWeber, MailChimp, SendGrid)

  • Ability to analyze advertising and marketing data to improve strategies

  • A basic level of marketing knowledge, including:
    Inbound & Content Marketing strategies
    Marketing Campaign creation and management
    Development of content marketing calendars for social media, blog posts, video, etc.

  • Familiarity with Apple products, both MacOS and iOS devices
