ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a graphic designer with strong composition skills to assist with the creation and maintenance of print and digital collateral for our internal team. This role primarily focuses on work in branding, email, social, web, and print design as well as supporting all other types of graphic projects that come to the Creative department.
From concept through execution, our ideal candidate will help improve and shape our brand and our Partners’ brands through consistent high-quality and engaging designs across all our various touchpoints.
Study design briefs, research, and gather assets needed for each project.
Strategize and produce multiple concepts, on paper and on digital platforms.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects based on deadlines and meet expectations set out by Creative Director.
Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.
Create various print and digital assets such as logos, brochures, menus, postcards, signage, social media graphics, etc.
Collaborate with other teammates to support website design and content marketing (blog, social media assets, and more).
BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
Past experience as either an in-house designer or at an advertising/marketing agency (work samples required).
Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign.
Basic skills with Apple Macintosh OS & Apple iWork.
Ability to apply branding on design assets through color, typography, imagery, and graphic elements.
Strong layout skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Intermediate illustration skills.
Experience designing using the Wix Editor
Experience in Prototype Software (e.g. Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Constant Contact, AWeber).
A basic level of marketing knowledge, including:
Inbound & Content Marketing strategies
Marketing Campaign creation and management
Development of content marketing calendars for social media, blog posts, videos, etc.
