Sales Representative

Remote | Work From Home

We are looking for a qualified sales representative to join our team. If you are a people person and experienced in marketing products and the benefits they offer, we would like to meet you.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to efficiently drive sales for the brand. This role requires a high level of creativity, self-motivation, and people skills.

SCHEDULE

Full-Time, 34 hrs/week, M-F

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and manage existing leads

  • Meet or exceed sales goals

  • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients

  • Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations

  • Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients

  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs

  • Understand and promote company services.

  • Write new sales agreements, obtain deposits, setup recurring billing and collect balances of payments from clients

  • Maintaining client records

  • Answering client questions about products, prices and availability

  • Answer sales calls

  • Build relationships with Partners, potential Partners and industry professionals

  • Determine ever-evolving best practices for continued efficiency through software and automations

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing technology trends

Qualifications

Qualification to Work at RedFork Marketing:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field

  • 2 - 3 years proven work experience in sales

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics

  • A commitment to excellent customer service.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers

  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. increase in inbound leads, higher awareness throughout the local community, etc.)

  • Ability to use word-processing and layout tools such as Adobe In-Design, Apple Pages, Microsoft Word, or similar technologies

  • Ability to interpret website traffic, online customer engagement metrics and other reporting data

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Basic skills with Apple Macintosh OS

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with HubSpot Professional

  • Experience in setting up Workflows, Sequences and other forms of automation

  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. AWeber, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Constant Contact)
