Express is best for seedling businesses with small budgets, as we use template-based work to reduce costs.For Unserious Marketing options, select Pro or Franchise.Pro is best for a growing business looking for next-level marketing work. Franchise is best for either an individual franchise owner or a corporation looking to find the best way to support their franchise level marketing.

Accounts & Billing
To get into our projects queue, we require a 50% deposit for projects less than $10k. For any projects over that amount, we require a 30% deposit. For larger projects, milestone payments are typically required as we go through different phases. Once the project is complete, we ask for the remaining amount.

Project Concerns
It depends on the project complexity. In general, branding work takes between 1-3 months to complete, and websites can take as little as 4 weeks to as much as 8 months again, depending on the complexity of your website. Upon purchasing your project, your Sales Designovator will be sure to communicate all timelines with you.
Once your project begins, you’ll be assigned a project manager. If you want to make changes to the project, please make your project manager aware as soon as possible. They will assess the requested changes and let you know of any budgetary updates required to make those changes possible. PLEASE NOTE - if you make changes to a phase that has already been approved by you, a budgetary update will be required to revisit that phase.
We begin with a deposit and marketing agreement. Once that deposit has been paid, and the agreement is signed, you’ll be placed in our projects queue. When the work begins, a project manager will reach out to you to communicate timelines and expectations for each phase. As each phase is completed, if timeline adjustments need to be made, they will be communicated to you via email. Once the last phase is completed and the final payment is made, we will launch the project.

Website Upgrade Program
The contractual length of the Website Update Program is a minimum of 18 months. You can choose to pay the balance up to that amount of time and then cancel your subscription. Note that canceling the subscription means you will no longer have access to the expansive benefits of the Website Upgrade Program.

We train and workshop your Blueprint for 15, 20, or 25 business days to help you get into your new fit – your new Unserious Brand Voice.Once we're perfectly fine tuned and have all your strategies aligned, we move to Industry Headline. This is the moment for your Brand to shine. We take everything we've created together to the market and help you finally stand out in your industry.
